土豪恶霸封四爷在江湖中传下话来，要卖二百条枪。多路人马齐聚封四爷的小镇，带着重金，都想将这些枪支据为己有。红军别动队在队长雷三的带领下，也加入了这个买枪的群体之中。除了别动队外，来买枪的还有骄横跋扈的土匪刘胖子、狡猾的吴天龙、女土匪邓夫人，还有一心想为父报仇的田小姐。围绕这二百条枪，一场激烈的明争暗斗便在几人之间展开了。几路买家都为夺枪争得你死我活，却不想这都是老奸巨豪的封四爷的诡计，他想借刀杀人，最后坐收渔翁之利。而红军别动队在队长雷三的带领下，和敌人斗智斗勇，暗中把枪盗走，运往苏区。最后，几路土匪恶霸纷纷毙命，而和别动队长雷三渐生情愫的善良女孩田小姐却惨死在恶霸封四的枪下。
